The Coen Brothers are filming at Normandale Community College this week. If you are unfamiliar with them, they are filmmakers from the cities that produced several movies including Oh Brother, Where Art Thou, Fargo, and No Country for Old Men. They have been filming their latest production A Serious Man in Bloomington over the last month. This film is supposed to reflect the childhood of the Coen Brothers growing up in St. Louis Park, MN.
Yesterday there were probably 7-10 trucks around Normandale full of filming equipment and what not. They have been filming in the library all week. I wish I had an unbelievable story to share about how I was selected to be an extra or something like that but nothing even remotely like this happened. But for at least a week, I am involved with ministry at Hollywood. That has to count for something maybe.

They couldn't put you in as an extra silly, because they know you would be the SUPERSTAR of the movie! : ). Just talking to you makes me burst into laughter : ). Please, let's be friends forever.
